ANHINGA

This is my Anhinga also known as a Water Turkey. He is 9 x 12 on watercolor paper. I started out doing watercolor but couldn't get the look that I wanted so I added color pencils - so it is a multi-media painting. I just loved this little guy (probably 2' tall) he was at the lagoon every night behind the house we were staying at on our honeymoon in South Carolina.
